Jumpseewow, educational multimedia for kids

The startup I’ve involved in is called – www.jumpseewow.com and we are one of semi-finalists in the 100KESC finale.  It’s an educational video website for preschoolers. We didn’t show much detail on our website as we are in the progress of building the prototype.

Event format:
1. Challenge Question - Ex: “What is the future of banking?”
2. Founders Dilemma – startup founder poses challenge/opportunities
3. Unrehearsed Elevator – New ideas that hit you on the way to work today.
4. Wrapup / Vote on Best & Worst Ideas

Each of these sessions will be 15-20 minutes in groups of 10-15 people.

IdeaPost - Pavlovian Mouth Guard

Dentist visit inspired idea - The dentist prescribed a mouth guard that should be worn for ones entire life in order to prevent grinding teeth.  An entire lifetime is ridiculous!  Instead, why not have a mouth guard that is pressure sensitive and applies a small electric shock anytime you start to grind your teeth.  Pavlovian response should allow you to learn not to grind your teeth in no time!  No more lifetime mouth guard prescriptions! - Annica

IdeaPost - Self Powered Baby Strollers

We have self powered lawn mowers, powered scooters, powered wheelchairs, self powered snow blowers, why not self powered baby strollers?  For the mom who is dragging 50 lbs of shopping bags, plus a kid not in the stroller, this would be phenomenal

IDEA: Wi-fi powered home security

Sensors in your home connect to a website via wi-fi, allowing you to monitor your home from anywhere.  Set up email alerts if doors are opened.
