Slava Menn believes entrepreneurship is a religion, and ideas are sacred. He also really into teaching. Educated far beyond his intellect, he’s taught analog electronics to engineering undergrads, entrepreneurship to business undergrads, and public speaking to MBAs. He’s been in sales for 25 years, ever since he started selling rocks door to door in kindergarten. He’s launched two successful companies: Launchpad Group, a real estate investment company and BarFrog.com, a web-based marketing company. Slava has a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University, and an MBA from MIT Sloan (June 2011).
Now he’s working on www.Socrative.com, an education technology startup. It’s a team of educators, entrepreneurs, and engineers on a mission transform education. He’s interested sales 2.0, game-based marketing, business development, formative assessment, and blended learning. He loves olympic wrestling, B+W photography, his 4 year old brother, and dancing on bars in Tel Aviv.
